keep dreaming buddy. How do you start a career in the offshore oil and gas industry?
find an oil rig
by applying for it to the company concerned.
Buy an Oil Rig.

Or Just Get shares in British Gas.
You can go to careerbuilder.com and look at the listings for possible positions, and also look at the company profile.
Phone a Gas or Oil Company and ask what qualifications you need to seek employment within their company.
First off, you need an ABS card. or something like one. The US Merchant Marines is another place to look into. These are like the Tickets that allow you to work in an Offshore Enviroment, without them, no job.

you need to buy a drill with a very long handle
easy get a boat go out to sea and take some oil with you.

then sell it to other boaters.
IF YOU HAVE QUALIFICATIONS AS YOU STATE!! YOU SHOULD NOT BE ASKING FOR HELP FOR EMPLOYMENT THERE ARE CORPORATIONS OUT THERE WOULD GRAB YOUR ARM OFF JUST CONTACT ONE OR TWO OF THEM FOR AN INTERVIEW THEY WONT REFUSE YOU IF YOU REALLY DO HAVE THOSE QUALIFICATIONS AND YOU HAVE PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE WHICH IS ALWAYS ASKED OF YOU. SOMETHING DOES NOT ADD UP HERE!!!!
